Requirements:
Additional Requirements:
∎ • 2-3 Years’ experience in relevant field.
∎ • Experience in installing, supporting and maintaining server and storage hardware.
∎ • Knowledge of Switching and VLAN, NIC Teaming.
∎ • Basic working knowledge of SAN Switch.
∎ • Troubleshooting Hardware and Operating system related issues.
∎ • Excellent troubleshooting and System Administration skills on VMware products and tools.
∎ • Experience in performance tuning of VMware servers and Virtual sessions and management of server’s resources between virtual machines.
∎ • Experience in backup and recovery of Virtual machines and virtual servers.
∎ • Good Understanding of virtualization technology.
∎ • Installing, configuring and supporting network equipment including routers, proxy servers, switches, WAN accelerators, DNS and DHCP.
∎ • Configuring firewalls, routing and switching to maximise network efficiency and security.
∎ • Updating network equipment to the latest firmware releases.
∎ • Must be Good communication skills in English.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ • Troubleshoot & part replacement of Laptop, desktop & Server and Storage solutions.
∎ • Install and Troubleshoot OS, Windows Server 2019 / 2016.
∎ • Preferable knowledge about HP, Dell, Lenovo, IBM and others Model Servers (Rack Server, Blade Server, Chesses, Storage) troubleshoot & part replacement.
