- Ability to work well with management and staff at all levels
- Computer literacy is a must.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently

Responsibilities & Context:
- Responsible for Air Compressor maintenance
- Responsible for UPS / IPS Online and Offline maintenance
- All sort of Electrical Line installation and maintenance. Must have capacity to fault identification.
- Mechanical troubleshooting, installation, inspection, wiring, maintenance and repair of all types of AC / Generators
- Monitoring Sub-station and its maintenance
- Responsible for Chiller maintenance
- Responsible for Schedule maintenance of all machines and equipment.
- Also need to make Monthly / quarterly / yearly maintenance schedule.
- Daily / Monthly AC maintenance planning and execution
- Spear Parts supplier / 3rd party vendor monitoring.
- Responsible for lead the Team
- Must have mentality to work in the field level
- Record and report information on various maintenance and repair tasks
- Must have knowledge of personal safety and workplace safety
- Responsible of all factory equipment maintenance
- Any other task given by authority
