Responsibilities & Context:
Education
Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Supply Chain Management
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Additional Requirements
Age 25 to 35 years
Proven experience in rider management or logistics coordination.
Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and safety regulations.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and rider management software.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Responsibilities & Context
Plan, organize, and manage all logistics operations.
Monitor vehicle usage, mileage, fuel consumption, and maintenance schedules.
Ensure timely servicing, repair, and inspection of all vehicles.
Maintain accurate vehicle logs, registration, insurance, and compliance records.
Manage drivers and riders, including duty allocation, discipline, and performance monitoring.
Develop cost-effective strategies to reduce fuel and maintenance expenses.
Ensure all logistics activities comply with safety and legal standards.
Handle accident reports, claims, and insurance matters.
Visiting branches regularly to oversee rider activities and logistics operations (both inside dhaka & outside dhaka)
Generating day to day activity report and reporting it to the line manager.
