Job Context: Looking for qualified & dynamic ‘Logistics Officer’ for an immediate appointment.

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for supervising and maintaining company vehicles for smooth product delivery.
• Monitor, manage, and track vehicles as per schedule & all paper up to date, manage the repairing of vehicles on time.
• Supervise the products delivery to the distribution points by company vehicle on time.
• To keep & maintain related files, document in a systematic manner for future reference and all reporting to management.
• Supervising of all vehicle drivers and monitor as per management procedures.
• Renting vehicles from other companies when needed and renting out our extra vehicles.
• Make sure all transactions are posted in the soft format and register properly.
• Carry out the responsibilities as assigned by the management in time to time.
• Ability to define priorities.
• To work independently with minimal supervision.
• To assess moderately complex information from multiple sources and draw logical conclusions.
• To carry out other tasks assigned by senior management.
• To have a standard of vehicle repair knowledge as a logistics officer.
