Job Responsibilities:
∎ To troubleshoot mainboard, graphics card and desktop.
∎ Laptop/Desktop motherboard and graphics card repair (level-3).
∎ Report preparation in MS office is required.
∎ Communicate clearly and precisely with customers in written and verbal form, and maintain accurate and timely records in case tracking into the system.
∎ To check & perform Gigabyte warranty/replacement procedure of retailer & corporate customers.
∎ Ensure the performance, quality and responsiveness of service items.
∎ Collaborate with Gigabyte Support team to ensure proper service of products.
∎ Identify the actual malfunction and make solution with discuss technical Support Team.
∎ Work with members of the team and other departments/teams to resolve product issues.
∎ Perform any other tasks assigned by the Team Leader.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ You have should be experienced repair Diagram and Circuit.
∎ Desktop motherboard and graphics card repair (level3).
∎ laptop repairing.
∎ Applicant should be experienced in Gigabyte service process.
∎ Must have patience & competence to work under pressure.
∎ Willing to work extended hours and work on holidays.
∎ Understand, interpret, reproduce, and diagnose customer problems. Perform Root cause Analysis.
∎ Must be computer literate and able to produce different analytical report and statements independently.
∎ Fluent in English languages (written and speaking).
