Education:
    • Bachelor of Law (LLB)
    • Master of Law (LLM)
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Law from a recognized institution (specialization in Chinese law preferred).
  • Those with a professional background in Chinese law studies and international law studies, and holding a master's degree, are given priority.

Additional Requirements:

  • Have experience in handling Chinese legal matters; experience with Bangladeshi regulations is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of corporate, contract, commercial, and labor laws in China.
  • Proficiency in Chinese and English (spoken and written); Chinese is a plus.
  • High attention to detail, legal drafting skills, and cross-cultural communication abilities.
  • Experience working in international business or multinational corporate settings.
  • Familiarity with International-China business and regulatory environments.


Responsibilities & Context:

Job Description:

We are seeking a Legal Specialist with expertise in Chinese law and a strong understanding of International business regulations. The role will involve overseeing company legal and general affairs related to both Bangladesh and China, ensuring lawful and efficient operations across jurisdictions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle legal and company affairs in both Bangladesh and China, ensuring alignment with respective laws and regulations.
  • Advise on cross-border legal compliance, particularly regarding payments, commercial obligations, and regulatory reminders.
  • Draft, review, and translate contracts and legal documents in Chinese and English.
  • Ensure the company's policies and practices comply with both Bangladeshi and Chinese legal systems.
  • Monitor and interpret changes in laws/regulations that impact Bangladesh-China operations.
  • Coordinate with government authorities and external legal counsel as needed.
  • Provide legal support in corporate matters including payment issues, regulatory filings, and day-to-day business operations.
  • Support general company management in legal risk control and decision-making.
