Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Drafting legal documents and communication with others organization on legal issues.
∎ Conducting legal tasks and giving opinion in legal issues.
∎ Maintaining coordination with deputed lawyers of the company
∎ Maintaining/ updating register & list of existing land and properties
∎ Operating existing civil & criminal cases of the company.
∎ Maintaining close liaison with concern Land Office, WASA, DESCO, DPDC, GAS Office, City corporation, Police Station etc for compliance issues of the company.
