Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Law (LLB)
∎ LLM will get preference.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Banking law, Banks & Financial
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Banking Legal documentation
∎ Monitor land asset for preparing as collateral against bank finance / loan
∎ Prepare land documents for placing in bank as collateral
∎ Look after mortgage and other banking documentation and arrange mortgage registration and commissioning properly
∎ Communicate with concern bankers for execution of all bank documents
∎ Provide land documents as per requirements by bank panel lawyers
∎ Act and monitoring legal issues arising out from bank finance / loan
∎ Handle and monitor other criminal cases arising out from company's other operations
∎ Maintain meetings with bank panel lawyers and bankers as required
∎ Vetting of agreements or documents referred by various Department.
∎ Draft or vet lease agreement, if required
∎ Liaison with external retainers for seeking suggestions on various legal issues
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ At least 2-3 years of experience from corporate law firm or Banking Legal documentation from any large Group of Companies
∎ Enrollment as an Advocate at Bangladesh Bar Council and member of Dhaka Bar Association will be an added advantage. (Not mandatory)
∎ Pro-active, enthusiastic, self-motivate, independent and result oriented
∎ Strong knowledge in preparing MOU, Deed, DOA, etc.
∎ Willing to frequent visit at new/existing site in all over Bangladesh
∎ Strong proficiency in Understanding, Speaking and Writing in Bangali and English
∎ 2-3 years of experience in the following area(s): Land and Legal, Land Documentation, Land Law.
∎ Candidates with experience of working in reputed law firm will get preference.
∎ Working experience in bank as in house lawyer will get preference.
Salary: Tk. 40000 - 60000 (Monthly)
