∎ Bachelor of Law (LLB)
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide legal advice and guidance on all matters related to land and property transactions.
∎ Draft and review legal documents, including purchase agreements, deeds, leases, and contracts.
∎ Advise on legal issues related to property ownership, construction, zoning, and land use.
∎ Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws and regulations related to real estate transactions.
∎ Conduct due diligence on potential properties for acquisition, and advise on legal risks and issues.
∎ Represent the company in legal disputes related to land and property transactions.
∎ Keep up to date with changes in land and property laws and regulations.
∎ Actively attend and appear courts
∎ In depth reading of crucial documents to help prevent Nano risk of the organization
∎ Negotiate any agreement
∎ Requirements:
∎ Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) and at least 3 years of experience as a Legal Advisor
∎ In-depth knowledge of land and property laws, regulations and procedures.
∎ Strong drafting, negotiation and communication skills.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
∎ Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
∎ Experience in litigation and dispute resolution related to land and property transactions would be an advantage.
∎ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
