Design/Printing/Publishing, Garments, Washing Factory
Job Context:
∎ We are looking for a dynamic person who can work independently and lead our washing Leaser Design . The head of factory should be able to work in increasing efficiency and quality of our washing Leaser Design, The position will require a high level of leadership factory employees.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop the laser process 100% accurately as per Buyer Sample.
∎ Innovate new sample washes for the Design Team.
∎ Coordinate the development team on better process, handling and systems resulting to day-by-day improvement in the department.
∎ Provides process and recipe guide to all new wash developments.
∎ Make laser Production report daily.
∎ Maintain all shade, Range & lab test report related with laser.
∎ Maintain and follow up quality of all sample & productions of laser as per buyer requirement.
∎ Proper pixel time & DPI should be determined 100% accurately.
∎ Works hand-in-hand with the quality team to view sample production quality and wash outcome and instructs further procedures, whatever required.
∎ Any other task assign by the Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
