We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Learning & Culture Executive to support our Learning & Culture Lead in various administrative and operational tasks. This role is ideal for a recent graduate or an individual with some work experience who possesses a positive and empathetic attitude, a strong enthusiasm for helping people, and a solution-focused attitude. A high level of proficiency in English, both spoken and written, is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning and executing cultural initiatives and events, coordinating with different departments.
- Act as a cultural ambassador, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Draft and disseminate internal communications related to cultural events and initiatives.
- Develop specific resources for internal communication to enhance information sharing and organizational transparency.
- Liaise with internal teams to integrate cultural values in all aspects of the organization.
- Research the latest trends and best practices in organizational culture and training.
- Demonstrate a commitment to personal and professional growth through self-development and continuous learning.
