We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Learning & Culture Executive to support our Learning & Culture Lead in various administrative and operational tasks. This role is ideal for a recent graduate or an individual with some work experience who possesses a positive and empathetic attitude, a strong enthusiasm for helping people, and a solution-focused attitude. A high level of proficiency in English, both spoken and written, is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Assist in planning and executing cultural initiatives and events, coordinating with different departments.
  2. Act as a cultural ambassador, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
  3. Draft and disseminate internal communications related to cultural events and initiatives.
  4. Develop specific resources for internal communication to enhance information sharing and organizational transparency.
  5. Liaise with internal teams to integrate cultural values in all aspects of the organization.
  6. Research the latest trends and best practices in organizational culture and training.
  7. Demonstrate a commitment to personal and professional growth through self-development and continuous learning.
