∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Group of Companies, Manufacturing (FMCG), Manufacturing (Light Engineering & Heavy Industry)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan and conduct recruitment and selection processes (interviews, screening calls etc.).
∎ Conduct Job load Assessment and Job Analysis for Manpower Planning.
∎ Expertise in steering the talent acquisition function by Owning the talent acquisition requirements of the organization and bringing in best practices.
∎ Conceptualize & Implement Brand strategies to attract more talent, create brand presence in target market in line with our employee value proposition.
∎ Support talent attraction efforts through the development and execution of thoughtful, well developed recruiting plans and strategies that support our hiring goals.
∎ Carry-out negotiations with applicants in compliance with internal compensation guidelines/ Policy / practice of the organization.
∎ Conduct Market Survey related to Talent Management that reflects talents in key markets (i.e. organizational structure, scope of positions in competing companies, compensation, benefits information, market trends).
∎ Work with functions heads and HR head to do the resource planning and designing the TA strategy to accomplish the same and closing the positions within the stipulated time.
∎ Prepare Yearly Talent Acquisition Budget and ensue utilization of budget.
∎ Build relationships within key talent communities, strategizing different ways to build talent pipelines and execute on tactical research, referral generation, events and sourcing campaigns.
∎ Take steps to ensure positive candidate experience.
∎ Assist in employee retention and development.
∎ Organize and/or attend career fairs, assessment centers or other events.
∎ Develop the network and create interest through daily social network updates;
∎ Develop strategic relations with contacts within key associations and university programs to support the sourcing of top student talents.
