Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc (Hon's) from any recognised university. Candidates having degree in Health Informatics/ IT/ CSE/ CSE will be given preference. Professional course on data management, MIS and Monitoring with application of different MIS, project management.

Job Context:
∎ JOB PURPOSE: Drive various digitization and automation project of HNPP and do business analysis for the required solution. Work in the area of data engineering and data quality assurance. Explore and identify appropriate technologies for HNPP through conducting R&D, idea generation and consultation with various stakeholders. Design, implement and supervise regular evidence generating system for HNPP programme providing support in decision making including financial information. Drive various digitization and automation project of HNPP and do business analysis for the required solution.
∎ Work in the area of data engineering and data quality assurance. Explore and identify appropriate technologies for HNPP through conducting R&D, idea generation and consultation with various stakeholders. Design, implement and supervise regular evidence generating system for HNPP programme providing support in decision making including financial information.
∎ SAFEGUARDING RESPONSIBILITIES
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme`s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Analyze the business requirement of the Health Programme to determine their technology needs (current and future), manage, coordinate and communicate with different vendors.
∎ Manage team to develop new solutions to support health programme.
∎ Ensure the smooth operation of the Digital Financing System and training solution(s) of the Health Programme.
∎ Manage & maintain the IT equipment and network connectivity for the smooth field operations. Communicate with relevant vendor and department.
∎ Manage configure cloud based server and tool such as Azure, GCP, PostGres SQL, Azure Data Lake, etc. Design, develop and execute automation scripts using open-source tools; and plan and coordinate testing activities for IT integration as needed.
∎ Oversee and provide support to design, implementation, maintenance and support of the reporting systems and related data platforms to ensure seamless availability of data.
∎ Recommend & execute the changes to increase the productivity level & development of the team members.
∎ Liaise with the technology team, government, development partners, different stakeholder and NGOs for smooth functioning of the project within and outside the organization.
∎ Manage & participate in relevant cross functional projects & activities.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Have knowledge on Project Management
∎ Strong communication skills both in English and Bengali
∎ Knowledge on Data analytics tools/platform: Python/R, ODK, Kobo, Power BI, Azure Data Lake, Data Studio, Excel, etc.
∎ Knowledge on Database Management, Cloud Platform (Azure & GCP) and Application communication, Data Engineering, Public health data management system
∎ Must have adaptability
∎ Minimum 7 years of experience in relevant sector
