Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and implement recruitment strategies and plans to meet the organization's hiring needs.
∎ Source and screen candidates through various channels, including online job portals, social media platforms, and referrals.
∎ Conduct in-person and virtual interviews with candidates and manage the interview process.
∎ Build and maintain relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders to ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
∎ Manage relationships with external recruitment partners, such as Headhunting agencies and online job portals.
∎ Build and maintain the employer brand through various initiatives, such as social media, networking events etc.
∎ Responsible for managing the candidate pipeline and ensuring that candidates are moved through the recruitment process efficiently and effectively.
∎ Provide regular reports and updates on recruitment activities to senior management.
∎ Develop and implement diversity and inclusion initiatives in recruitment processes.
∎ Participate in employer branding program.
∎ May perform other additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ 8+ years of experience in recruitment, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
∎ The ideal candidate should have experience with using HRIS systems and analytical tools (e.g. Microsoft office, statistical tools).
∎ Effective communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
∎ Sound knowledge on Labor laws.
∎ Experience working with diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives in recruitment processes.
∎ Experience with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment technologies.
∎ A broad cross-functional knowledge of business operations.
∎ Effectively manage employer brand as per understanding of local employment market situation and underlying trends.
