Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Defining Marketing Strategy, Sales Plan and accomplish accordingly as per the desire of the organization.
∎ Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating the position in the industry. Researching and analyzing sales options.
∎ Maintaining relationships with clients by providing support, information and guidance. Researching and recommending new opportunities. Recommending profit and service improvements.
∎ Identifies sales improvements or new sales opportunities by remaining current one according to the industry trends, market activities, and competitor’s positioning.
∎ Follow up collections flow according to sales.
∎ Leading the team from the front and to accelerate the team goal.
∎ Confirming the responsibilities and regulations from each of the team members with due professional attitude and simultaneously updating the higher authority.
∎ Developing long-term business plan and driving the industry lead.
∎ Sales & collection volume increase of the whole team.
∎ Target achievement.
∎ New client finding with innovative & creative idea.
∎ Experience to lead the team is mandatory.
∎ Experience in TV Channel Marketing & Sales will get high priority.
∎ Proactive, sincere, hardworking, self-Motivated, having a good business awareness and ethics.
∎ Strong interpersonal & communication skills both in Bengali & English in spoken & written form.
