∎ Negotiation and contracting skills.

∎ Able to work in a team Possesses a positive attitude Capable of handling multiple tasks & able to work under pressure.
∎ Experience in TV Channel will get high priority.
∎ Sound in MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Need Basic Knowledge of Local Procurement, Procurement Compliance, and procedures.
∎ Process requisition as per requirements from various Department.
∎ Collect quotation from different suppliers, prepare CS.
∎ Issue PO to respective supplier, follow up orders and ensure timely delivery.
∎ Review quality of purchased products according to PO.
∎ Collaborate with cross-functional teams for timely delivery and quality assurance of products.
∎ Generate reports and provide insights to management for informed decision-making.
