∎ B.Sc/ M.Sc in Computer Science & Software Engineering or Equivalent
∎ Engineer from BUET, CUET, KUET, RUET, AUST and reputed foreign engineering university will get preference

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Context:
∎ Manage experienced teams of developers and engineers to create innovative AI based software solutions
∎ Responsible for designing, analyzing, modifying constructing and testing end-user applications that meet user needs through software programing language.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Create and meet all software design and evaluation targets in line with the company's requirements
∎ Guide and coordinate all teams to design and develop our applications on different layers of the infrastructure.
∎ A commitment to collaborative problem solving, sophisticated design and quality code is essential.
∎ Leading team and collaborate with other team members and stakeholders
∎ Build systems that manage customer sensitive data
∎ Work cross-functionally with our marketing business and finance team to develop 360-degree strategy.
∎ Assure that all user input is validated before submitting to the back-end
∎ Develop new user-facing features
∎ Build reusable code and libraries for future use

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Experience in creating and managing AI based software solutions
∎ Experience in leading team of at least 5-10 members
∎ No gender preferences
∎ Experience with Python, C++, JavaScript, Prolog, Haskell, Redis DB, HTML/CSS, Flutter, etc.
