∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in CSE, Master of Science (MSc) in CSE
∎ Training/Trade Course: Knowledge of the network, Server, Windows, VM, Linux and storage management
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead the technology infrastructure strategy and execution for the enterprise.
∎ Planning, project management and implementation leadership, identifying opportunities for automation, cost savings, and service quality improvement.
∎ Development of enterprise standards and technology architecture and the IT operations governance process.
∎ Ensure smooth operation and administration of Datacenter, Distaste Recovery center
∎ Perform proper management of Server, Network, End-user Computing, Remote Access, Access-point, Antivirus, Storage, IP-PBX, FTP Server, CCTV and ensure smooth connectivity with remote offices.
∎ Ensure schedule backup of Servers, Router, F/W, Switch and ensure recovery in order to ensure quick service restoration.
∎ Configuration and management of Windows server, Linux Server, Oracle Database, Application server (WebLogic).
∎ Deploy and troubleshooting LAN, including VLANs, VPN, Trunking, Ether Channel, VTP, STP, IP Routing (OSPF, & BGP) and NAT.
∎ Lead to perform DR drill twice a year
∎ Execute all ITSM process including availability mgt., Incident management, capacity mgt., IT security mgt. problem mgt., of infrastructure domain.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ Desire to work in a fast-paced environment.
∎ Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
∎ Ability to adopt current technology.
∎ Hands-on technical depth enables direct oversight, problem-solving leadership and participation for complex infrastructure implementation, system upgrades and operational troubleshooting.
