Job Responsibilities:
∎ Experienced in enterprise application support
∎ 24/7 support for operations and maintenance activity
∎ Investigation and vendor escalation
∎ Release management and quality assurance
∎ Business configuration
∎ Monitoring and Performance tuning
∎ Requirement analysis and providing solutions
∎ Communication and coordination with Global and local vendors/partners.
∎ Operational process and SLA development
∎ System integrations support
Additional Requirements:
∎ Web server: Apache Tomcat, Nginx, Glassfish
∎ Operations knowledge on language: Java, Node js, Python
∎ Database: Oracle, MongoDB, MySQL, MariaDB, PostgreSQL
∎ Firewall and Load balancer: F5, Citrix, etc.
∎ OS: Solaris, Linux, Windows server
∎ Security: SSL, TLS, Cryptography Algorithms
∎ Network: VPN, IP subnetting, Network analyzer tool such as Wireshark
∎ Scripting: Javascript, Python, Bash
∎ API integration: SOAP, Restful Web service, Synchronous/Asynchronous API integration model
∎ Others: Redis, Jmeter, Zookeeper, elastic cache, message queue
