B.Sc. in Civil Engineering from a reputed public university
Strong knowledge of structural analysis and design software (ETABS, STAAD-Pro) and sound understanding of BNBC & ACI codes.
Proven experience in designing both RCC and steel structures.
Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent analytical, numerical, and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English with the ability to coordinate effectively across teams.
Perform modeling, structural analysis, and design of reinforced concrete and steel structures, ensuring compliance with design specifications and quality standards.
Coordinate with architects and external consultants to finalize building framing systems and resolve design-related challenges.
Guide and supervise CAD detailers in drafting processes, preparing accurate structural drawings, and reviewing/modifying drawings and specifications.
Oversee construction material testing, supervise structural works on-site, and ensure quality control throughout the project.
Lead, mentor, and develop the Structural Engineering team, fostering problem-solving, skill growth, and professional excellence.
