Job Context:
∎ We are looking for an experienced, reliable, and detail-orientated "Lead Web Application Developer" to join our company. The successful candidate must work on mentoring and supervising junior developers, analyzing areas of improvement, and more.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Developing new user-facing features using React.js
∎ Reviewing application requirements ,Define Objective & Find Best solution for the requirements.
∎ Complete application development by coordinating requirements, schedules, and activities; contributing to team meetings; troubleshooting development and production constraints across multiple environments and operating platforms.
∎ Building reusable components and front-end libraries for future use.
∎ Translating designs and wireframes into high quality code
∎ Optimizing components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers
∎ Manage issues/changes tickets from client and QA team.
∎ Documenting application changes and developing updates.
∎ Implement micro frontend for largescale application.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ 5 to 7 years of experience in large-scale Web Application Development.
∎ Minimum 2 to 3 Years of Experience as a Development Lead.
∎ Must be a ReactJS, VanillaJS, and advanced CSS expert.
∎ Strong understanding and working experience in Core PHP.
∎ Thorough understanding of ReactJS and VanillaJS, and their core principles.
∎ Experience with popular React.js workflows such as Redux, Redux-saga, Redux-persist, Styled-Components.
Salary: Tk. 80000 - 120000 (Monthly)
