Job Responsibilities:
∎ Good knowledge regarding land measurement, mutation, registration & land related papers/document.
∎ Instructing and supervising in litigation and other legal matters concerning the Companies' business as well as relating to Company's assets.
∎ Drafting various agreements, undertakings, board resolutions, legal notices, replies to notices & regulatory letters.
∎ Provide legal vetting for purchasing proposed land.
∎ Attend registration at Registrar Office.
∎ Resolve various kinds of disputes regarding purchased land and legal issues with regard to any

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 38 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Contract Law, Transfer of Property Act, Registration Act, Labour Law, Negotiable Instruments Act etc.
∎ The candidate should have Membership of Bangladesh Bar Council.
∎ Excellent communication/writing skills both in Bengali and English.
∎ Ability to communicate effectively with Senior Management and customers.
∎ Well constructed negotiation skills.
∎ Analytical, methodical and pro-active approach to problem solving.
∎ Ability to identify key issues and present advice and decisions in a precise and understandable manner.
∎ Ability to work quickly and accurately without a learning curve.
