Educational Requirements:
∎ MBA/BBA in Supply Chain Management
Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To prepare and issue purchase orders and to maintain information on suppliers, screens procurement requests, call for quotations, evaluate quotations and issue purchase orders to the competitive vendors.
∎ Identify potential contract areas where efficiencies may be achieved and renew corporate and collaborative arrangements, as required.
∎ On time LC Opening from Bank.
∎ Taking Supply Chain Cost savings initiatives which contribution towards to bottom line of the business.
∎ Study Possibility of provisioning of a cost-effective purchasing service in the corporation in accordance to the financial manual.
∎ Prepare claims letters to the carriers and insurance for lost/short landed/damaged equipment/personal effects on the receipt of such complaints from the consignee/project authorities.
∎ Ensure that the procurement procedures are in compliance with the financial and procurement manual of the company.
∎ Control proper maintenance of records on office equipment's.
∎ Assigns work to the support staff to meet work requirements, reviews and evaluates work of subordinate staffs.
∎ Participates in discussions on new revised procedures and practices in the relevant work area.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Excellent verbal & oral communication skills.
∎ Strong leadership with analytical ability.
∎ Strong adaptation capability and able to work under pressure.
∎ Candidates with ceramic sector job experienced will be given preference.
Salary: Negotiable
