∎ 8 to 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Security: Establishes an automated security management system and supervises day to day activities of security team and makes sure that entire factory is safe and secured from any theft/unlawful cases.
∎ Facility Management: Ensures proper inventory management of office equipment, furniture and company assets.
∎ Managing current & upcoming security issues of the factory.
∎ Managing a security team of the factory and also others sister concerns.
∎ Managing and ensuring round the clock security (patrol) in and around the factory to avoid any irregularities.
∎ Maintain close contact & effective liaison with different govt./semi-govt./private organizations on various issues related to company's business.
∎ Maintain close relationship with the law enforcing agencies so that in case of emergency the park can have necessary support from them easily.
∎ Develop & train a competent in-house fire-fighting team able to contribute in the area of fire prevention & fire fighting for the park.
∎ Ensure collection of rent from the company's relevant concern's and follow up payment of the utility and other necessary bills.
∎ Supervise overall activities of the security guards deployed in different projects/units.
∎ Determine the actual number of Security Personnel needed by considering the number of Security Posts, nos. of shifts & other strategic requirement for different projects/units.
∎ Review the duty roster prepared for security guards to find out if there is any inconsistency and inform the appropriate authority immediately.
∎ Ensure that the Security personnel while on duty are always properly equipped with necessary items like whistle, torch, baton etc. including Uniform.
∎ Make frequent surprise visit for checking duties of security personnel.
∎ Arrange monthly meeting with the Security Personnel to know about their problems and suggestions for continuous improvement.
∎ Inform immediately the concerned authority regarding any unwanted or unusual situation.
∎ Prepare monthly report on the overall Security activities & submit the same to the concerned authority.
∎ The applicants should have 10 years' experience in corporate & civil society after retirement from Army.
∎ Monitoring and managing entrance and departure of employees, visitors and other persons to guard against any irregularities.
∎ Managing in/out procedures of staff, goods, vehicle, etc. at the gate
∎ Managing any other duties as assigned by the management.
