Job Context:
∎ A renowned & reputed Group of Company (Ceramic Based) is looking for suitable candidate for its Corporate Head office & Factory.
∎ Work Station: Factory
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparing work schedules in collaboration with the project manager.
∎ Conducting on-site investigations and analyzing data.
∎ Assessing potential risks, materials and costs.
∎ Engineer's responsibilities include managing different parts of construction projects,
∎ Supervising members, preparing estimates for time and material costs,
∎ Completing quality assurance,
∎ Observing health and safety standards, and compiling reports.
∎ Managing the planning and design stages of construction projects.
∎ Contributing technical expertise to project drawings and designs.
∎ Performing cost calculations and preparing financial projections.
∎ Conduct on site investigations and analyze data (maps, reports, tests, drawings and other)
∎ Carry out technical and feasibility studies and draw up blueprints that satisfy technical specifications
∎ Assess potential risks, materials and costs
∎ Provide advice and resolve creatively any emerging problems/deficiencies
∎ Oversee and mentor staff and liaise with a variety of stakeholders
∎ Handle over the resulting structures and services for use
∎ Monitor progress and compile reports in project status
∎ Manage budget and purchase equipment/materials with controlling manpower.
∎ Comply with guidelines and regulations including permits, safety etc. and deliver technical files and other technical documentation as required
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 4-year Bachelor's degree in civil/construction engineering
∎ Proven working experience in civil engineering
∎ Excellent knowledge of design and visualizations software such as Auto CAD, Civil 3D or similar
∎ Proficiency in site layout, grading, utility design, erosion control, regulatory approvals etc.
∎ Project management and supervision skills
∎ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
∎ Candidates with ceramic sector job experienced will be given preference.
Salary: Negotiable
