Job Responsibilities:
∎ .FAS Finance and Investment Limited is searching for competent, experienced,
∎ energetic and dynamic individual to fill up the following post in the rank of
∎ Officer/Senior Officer.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Enrollment with Bangladesh Bar Council as an advocate.
∎ At least 08 (eight) years of experience as a lawyer out of which minimum 3
∎ years in High Court.
∎ Preference will be given to candidates having experience in dealing with legal
∎ matters of NBFI/Bank.
∎ Good knowledge of Artha Rin Adalat, N. I. Act, Registration Act, Contract Act,
∎ Bank Companies Act, Financial Institutions Act, Company Law, Labour Law etc.
∎ Computer literacy.
∎ Proficiency both in Bengali and English.
∎ Age not more than 40 years as on 15 November 2023.
∎ In case of highly qualified candidates Age and Experience may be relaxed.
