Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduation in any discipline preferably Diploma in Land Survey.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Should have extensive field level survey experience either as an employee in the Directorate of Land Records or Survey or other government, semi government offices or private sector dealing with land records.
∎ Should have extensive knowledge about the land laws and the land record system in Bangladesh.
∎ Should be able to undertake extensive tours.
∎ Other tasks as per requirement.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 3 years of experience in similar role in Bank/NBFIs, or relevant fields.
∎ Good spoken and written command in English language.
∎ Sound knowledge in Microsoft-Office and other basic operations of computer.
∎ Analytical and problem-solving skills.
∎ Should possess positive attitude & team spirit.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and to achieve set target.
∎ Ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks.
∎ A senior or mid-level employee in the Directorate of Land Records or Survey or land ministry, either serving, retired, or about to be retired can apply.
