Job Context:
∎ Job Location: Motijheel, Dhaka, Bangladesh.
∎ A renowned Company is looking for a suitable candidate for the following position.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ The selected candidate will be responsible for:
∎ Looking after Land/ Properties of the Company.
∎ Preservation of Land related documents such as Title Deed, Sub Kabla Deed, Baya Deed, CS, SA, RS, BS Khatians, DCR, Land Maps, Land Mutation etc.
∎ Handling all legal disputes and litigations related to Land.
∎ Maintaining liaison with external authorities like Government and Non-Government Organization.
∎ Timely payment of Land Rent.
∎ Arranging RS, BS record of Lands.
∎ Submission of Appeal for BS record of Land under Rule 30,31.

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year experience as Land Officer/ Head of Real Estate/ Manager (Land)/ Senior Manager(Land) of any reputed Real Estate Company/ Land Development Company. The candidate having knowledge and experience in Title Deed, Sub Kabla Deed, Baya Deed of Land, CS, SA, RS, BS Khatians, DCR, Land Maps, Land Mutation, Measurement of Land, Land Records, Appeal of Land Records under Rule 30, 31 etc. will be given preference.
∎ Candidate must be young, energetic and dynamic. Good communication and interpersonal skills are essential. Age between 30-40 years.
