Job Responsibilities:
∎ Administer and manage land assets in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and policies.
∎ Acquire land by purchase, lease, or other means.
∎ Dispose of land through sale, lease, or other means.
∎ Lease land to tenants.
∎ Develop land for new uses.
∎ Provide land-related information and services to internal and external customers.
∎ Maintain accurate records of all land transactions.
∎ Comply with all applicable environmental regulations.
∎ Other duties as assigned.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
∎ Innovative, proactive, and confident.
∎ Expert in Legal Document Drafting and Bangla Typing.
∎ Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suites.
