Educational Requirements:
∎ Three years Diploma in Medical Technology from any Govt. recognized institution with two (2) years working experience in any laboratory.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Ability to Work Independently, Strong inter personal and communication skills
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): NGO

Job Responsibilities:
∎ 1. Planning:
∎ a) Prepare monthly sub-Centre schedule and submitted to line manager.
∎ b) Prepare monthly/quarterly logistic, drugs and other requirements for the laboratory.
∎ c) Support higher management in decision making.
∎ 2. Implementation:
∎ a) Conduct blood slide examination of suspected malaria patients and provide treatment if any and other laboratory services as per laboratory manual and ensure its quality and cleanliness
∎ b) Conduct sub- Centre as per plan
∎ c) Refer complicated cases to upazila health complex or other facilities with communications line manager.
∎ d) Ensure proper maintenance of laboratory instrument and equipment.
∎ e) Ensure availability of quality reagents, drugs & other logistics at the laboratories
∎ f) Ensure hygienic disposal of waste materials
∎ g) Ensure slide rechecking by UHC
∎ 3. Reporting & Dissemination:
∎ a) Ensure proper record keeping
∎ b) Ensure timely, complete and accurate reporting as per guideline.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Ability to work independently and in team
∎ Strong interpersonal and communication skill
∎ Good oral and written communication skill Willingness to travel frequently within the working area

Salary: Tk. 30000 - 34000 (Monthly)

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Weekly 2 holidays
∎ As per project provision.
