- Willingness to work long hour.
- Proficiency in textile dyeing processes, color matching, and finishing techniques.
- Understanding of fabric properties, fiber types, and chemical interactions during dyeing.
- Knowledge of quality control procedures and testing methods.
- Familiarity with laboratory equipment, such as spectrophotometers and dyeing machines.
- Attention to detail for accurate color matching and quality assessment.
- Applicants having done specialized courses in dyeing, color chemistry, and textile testing are preferred.
- Communication skills to collaborate with production teams and interpret test results.

- Shabab Fabrics Ltd, 100% export oriented terry towel factory is looking for hard-working,dedicated young personnel for factory's laboratory. Location of this employment will be Bhaluka, Mymensing and stay at the factory premises.
