Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Textile Engineering or B.Sc. (Hon's) in Chemistry/ Physics/Mathematics
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 4 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for the Testing Laboratory of the Factory.
∎ Lead a Lab Team for conducting day to day require of the Testing.
∎ Keeps liaison with the Production Team for their in time testing result for the Sample or Bulk Production.
∎ Keep Update all the Lab Testing machine by conducting regular calibration.
∎ Keep the record of the Testing Reports.
∎ Maintain the Compliance issues properly by identifying the hazard and take proper necessary steps to avoid theses
∎ Internal Quality development & analysis.
∎ Update the Management with the results Findings and methods of the works.
∎ Checking the sample before sending to customer & Keeping records.
∎ To maintain Product Technical Data Sheet (TDS).
∎ To maintain chemical (MSDS).
∎ To maintain MRSL, RSL, ZDHC.
∎ Finding root cause of any problem. Implement most effective & quick way to solve the problem avoiding repeat.
∎ Test perform on CF to Rubbing/ CF to Household laundering/DS to household laundering/ Appearance/Twisting/PH test/Button pull force test & Nickel test.
Additional Requirements:
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): H&M approved Level-2 Laboratory/ Testing.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Sweaters.
∎ Work experience with renowned buyer will be preferable.
∎ Must have Computer literacy.
