·         Provide technical leadership in prototype development and deliver hands-on training on advanced digital fabrication machines.

·         Manage and maintain equipment and facilities under rUB 360 and Fab Lab to ensure seamless operations and safe usage.

·         Exercise strict oversight of inventory and resources, including hardware, software, consumables, and raw materials.

·         Facilitate researchers, faculty, students, and innovators in carrying out applied research, prototyping, and startup development.

·         Administer financial operations, including budget utilization, bill processing, reimbursements, procurement, and grant management, in compliance with university policies.

·         Serve as the central liaison point, coordinating internally with IUB offices (CITS, O&M, Facilities, Schools, Centers) and externally with government agencies, Gas, industries, funding bodies, and international partners to secure collaborations, sponsorships, and grants.

·         Plan, organize, and manage events such as workshops, training sessions, hackathons, demonstrations, seminars. And conferences, covering all logistics, hospitality, and guest coordination.

·         Oversee mentorship and capacity-building initiatives, ensuring that innovators, startups, and students receive guidance from faculty, industry experts, and investors.

·         Lead branding, outreach, and digital presence management by maintaining the official website, managing social media channels, and ensuring timely communication of events, achievements, and opportunities.

·         Provide managerial support and staff supervision, leading officers, R&D personnel, and student assistants to achieve program objectives effectively.

·         Support interdisciplinary innovation and entrepreneurship initiatives, aligning them with the University's vision and national priorities.

·         Assist the Director in strategic planning, progress monitoring, and reporting outcomes to university leadership & stakeholders.

Undertake any other responsibilities assigned by the University in alignment with IUB 360 & Fab Lab IUB's mission of driving innovation, entrepreneurship, and socioeconomic impact.
