Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in Textile Engineering (Wet Process is preferable)
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: Having a Professional Certificate will add extra privilege.
∎ Skills Required: Garments Laboratory, Lab testing, textile lab
Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
2 to 3 years experience in same position.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for the Testing Laboratory of the Factory.
∎ Lead a Lab Team for conducting day to day require of the Testing .
∎ Have a sound knowledge on technical skill of testing methods and machine operations.
∎ Must be able to answer buyers technical issues.
∎ Must have work experience to face 3rd party audit.
∎ Good working experience with ITS lab / third party lab regarding accreditation, correlation and/or proficiency testing.
∎ Keep liaison with the Production Team for their in time Testing result for the Sample or Bulk Production.
∎ Keep Update all the Lab Testing machine by conducting regular calibration .
∎ Keep the record of the Testing Reports .
∎ Maintain the Compliance issues properly by identifying the hazard and take proper necessary steps to avoid those issues.
∎ Internal Quality development & analysis.
∎ Update the Management with the results Findings and methods of the works.
∎ Checking the sample before sending to customer & Keeping records.
∎ Follow up and train up juniors and managing capacity to subordinates
∎ Must be able to issue reports within time and given feedback to merchant team if they arise any questions.
∎ Have a depth knowledge how to get accreditation from the buyer and how to fill up their requirements.
∎ Able to maintain all the laboratory related docs, timely updated when required.
∎ Any other task is given by the management.

∎ Good computer skill and mail communication and capable to handle commercial lab activities
∎ Good communication in English (written/verbal) & presentation skills.
∎ Strong analytical, technical & leadership ability and work as a strategic thinker.
∎ Positive work ethics and result oriented for assigned responsibilities.
∎ Self-driven to work under pressure and self-motivated to take new initiatives.
∎ Ability to lead the team and appraise & motivate the team members.
∎ Ability to achieve the target within short lead time
Salary:
