Educational Requirements:
∎ BBA/MBA in HRM from any reputed University
∎ PGDHRM will get preference
∎ Certified KPI Specialist (CKPIS) will get preference

Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 8 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To develop & implement KPI based performance appraisal system.
∎ Develop reports for key strategic initiatives.
∎ Contribute to KPI automation through setup of data, designing the system automation Requirements.
∎ Administer the measurement tools for the KPIs and ensure input data is accurate and timely.
∎ Administer the reporting dashboard to ensure all KPIs results are visually available to the board monthly/daily/weekly
∎ Monitor Performance, Record, analyze and distribute statistical information related to KPI Performance.
∎ Work closely with various sections of HR department to ensure Performance KPIs are being measured and are incorporated in the business processes through the org structure and roles while ensuring the KPIs are connected to organizational objectives
∎ Any other duties as assigned by the Superior Officer.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 28 years
∎ Good communication and strong presentation skills in English
∎ Ability to plan and undertake multi-tasks effectively.
∎ Must have problem-solving, Leadership, Analytical, and decision-making skills.
∎ Must have a good command of office applications (MS Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
∎ Have adequate knowledge of labor act & rules as well as related compliance standards.
