Responsibilities & Context:
Job Responsibilities:
Knitting production planning, monitoring & execution.
Machine settings, style change, yarn adjustment & quality control.
Circular knitting, Single Jersey, Rib, Interlock, Terry, Fleece ইত্যাদি সম্পর্কে পূর্ণ ধারণা।
Daily production report, efficiency analysis ও troubleshooting.
Machine mechanics ও operators-দের guide করা।
Buyer requirement অনুযায়ী fabric quality ensure করা।
Team management এবং production target achieve করা।
Additional Requirements:
Fabric quality, GSM, Stitch Length, Yarn Count সম্পর্কে strong technical knowledge
Leadership, problem-solving এবং team handling skills
