- ডাইং বিভাগের সার্বিক কার্যক্রম পরিচালনা ও তদারকি করা।
- শেড ম্যাচিং, কেমিক্যাল ও ডাইস ব্যবস্থাপনা।
- উৎপাদন টার্গেট ও গুণগত মান নিশ্চিত করা।
- শ্রমিক ও টিম পরিচালনা এবং প্রশিক্ষণ প্রদান।
