∎ 5 to 7 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Fabric, Fabric development, Fabric Quality
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must have good knowledge of following:
∎ 4 point fabric Inspection system
∎ Knitting to Finished fabric process defect & problem solving.
∎ Lab test process & sample approval system
∎ International Quality Norms of the fabric quality, Technical Limitation, Different Processes starting from Yarn to Finished fabric
∎ Follow up day to day fabric development & bulk production as per agreed T&A
∎ Fabric GSM & Fabric Shrinkage Control.
∎ Any other task is given by the Management.

∎ Good communication in English (written/verbal) & presentation skills.
∎ Strong analytical, technical & leadership ability
∎ Positive work ethics and result oriented to complete assigned responsibilities.
∎ Self-driven to work under pressure and self-motivated to take new initiatives.
∎ Ability to appraise & motivate team members.
