Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters/ Bachelor Degree with good academic records.
∎ Education related Textile Engineering (From BUTEX, Ahsanullah) will be given preference.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 6 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments, Group of Companies
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Clear knowledge on knitting to Finished fabric process defect & excellent problem solving ability.
∎ Good knowledge on lab test process & sample approval system
∎ Fair knowledge on Print, Embroidery & other supporting job.
∎ On the Spot decision making ability.
∎ Working experience on fabric quality with Buyer : Otto, Kapphal, brax,Top Ten will be treated as extra qualification.
∎ Fair knowledge on fabric type, composition, GSM etc
∎ General knowledge on Garments Cutting, Sewing & Finishing.
∎ To develop the samples with the required wash/treatment along with several propositions as standard.
∎ Ensuring smooth execution of wash (R&D) of the factory as per the buyer's specifications and meet the shipment schedule
∎ Applying knowledge of proper use of chemicals.
∎ Maintaining washing quality.
∎ Good knowledge on Dyeing Process.
∎ Candidate must well aware about the different defect of fabric & know the solution
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Should have good communication skills and computer knowledge.
∎ Leadership quality and able to work under pressure.
∎ No need to Apply those who are not experienced to work with Knit Fabric Quality system in a knit composite factory
