∎ SSC
∎ Educational qualification may be relaxed for experienced persons.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Food Chain shop, Hotel waiter, Restaurant Expert
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Restaurant
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist other chef in the kitchen.
∎ Prepare vegetable and meat items for the production.
∎ Clean and set up the station for the shifts.
∎ Ensure the food safety and kitchen hygiene in the are maintained properly.
∎ Ensure the raw and prepared products expiry date, MRD, shelf life and quality.
∎ Receive & storing all the products by following the FIFO and storing procedures.
∎ Ensure the safety of kitchen equipment's by proper handling with him and other team.
∎ Follow the recipe to ensure correct preparation of the hand crafted foods items.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Should be friendly and team player
∎ Must have excellent communication and customer service skills.
∎ Must be a team player and able to work under pressure and in complex situation.
∎ Experienced on Thai, Pizza and Local food.

Salary: Negotiable
