∎ Responsible to : Food & Beverage Manager / AGM
∎ Lateral Communication : AGM / Restaurant Manager

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for :
∎ Personnel : All kitchen staff and kitchen manual staff
∎ Executive : All kitchen fixed and removable equipment and kitchen utensils.
∎ Main Responsibilities :
∎ Planning, Organization and Supervision of good preparation
∎ Menu compilation according to agreed costed recipes
∎ Suggest to purchase of food staff , kitchen materials and equipment from nominated suppliers within agreed budget provided by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply

Salary:
∎ Negotiable
