Kabbik Audiobook is a leading Bangla digital audiobook OTT platform offering a wide range of audiobooks and podcasts. We work with publishers, writers, creators, and brands to build a growing digital content ecosystem and deliver engaging audio experiences to listeners.


Job Context

We are seeking a proactive and relationship-driven Key Account Manager to onboard partners, develop new collaborations, manage accounts and billing, and support promotional campaigns to drive business growth.


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and onboard Book publishers, writers, advertising/media agencies, and corporate partners onto the Kabbik Audiobook platform

  • Develop new business opportunities and secure strategic collaborations and new client partnerships

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key partners and accounts

  • Manage partner billing communications and settlements, coordinating with mobile operators (Robi, Grameenphone, Banglalink) and MFS/payment partners (bKash, Nagad)

  • Generate and maintain accurate monthly billing, invoices, and account records

  • Coordinate partner onboarding and campaign execution with internal teams

  • Plan and maintain Kabbik Audiobook promotional campaigns with existing and new influencers and celebrities

  • Identify and onboard new influencer and celebrity collaborators

  • Monitor performance and recommend growth strategies

  • Maintain proper documentation and reporting

  • Represent Kabbik in professional meetings and act as the main point of contact for partners

 

Educational Requirements

Bachelor’s degree (BBA) in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, or a related field from a reputed public or private university; MBA candidates will be given preference.


Experience Requirements

1–3 years of experience in Key Account Management, Business Development, or Client Relationship Management. (Experience in digital/media/OTT industry is a plus)


Additional Requirements

· Strong communication and negotiation skills

· Organized and detail-oriented mindset

· Target-driven and proactive attitude

· Ability to work in a fast-paced digital environment

· Interest in OTT and digital media is preferred

· Skills in writing, content creation, and blogging will be considered an added advantage
