Job Context

Divergent Technologies Limited is looking for a Motion & Creative Graphic Designer with strong video editing, motion graphics, and video shooting capabilities. The candidate will work closely with the marketing and creative teams to produce high-quality visual content for popular brands and products such as Kabbik Audiobook, Stayverz, Talent sports BD Foring Closet, and other client digital services managed by Divergent Technologies Limited across digital platforms, advertisements, and branding initiatives.

Graphic Design & Creative Work

• Design creative assets for social media, websites, digital ads, brochures, posters, catalogs, and packaging

• Create 2D designs, static creatives, banners, logos, brochures, and catalog layouts

• Ensure proper use of colors, typography, layouts, and branding consistency

• Develop artwork and advertising materials for multiple platforms

Motion Graphics & Video

• Create motion graphics, animations, GIFs, and short videos for marketing campaigns

• Produce social media ads (Facebook, Google Ads) with engaging storytelling

• Work on 2D/3D animations, typography animation, logo animation

• Improve product/service appeal through high-quality motion graphics

Video Shooting & Production

• Handle video shooting including camera framing, shot composition, scene planning, lighting, and exposure

• Collaborate on video concepts and execute shoots efficiently

Video Editing & Post-Production

• Edit videos using Adobe Premiere Pro / After Effects

• Perform color grading & correction for professional output

• Edit and balance audio (music, voiceover, sound effects) Collaboration & Strategy

• Collaborate with marketing & creative teams to meet business goals

• Analyze content strategies for website & social media platforms

• Present creative ideas and incorporate feedback from stakeholders

• Stay updated with latest design trends, tools, and social media formats
