Responsibilities & Context:

We are looking for a proactive, creative, and communication-focused Social Media Executive who will manage customer interactions across social media platforms, ensure timely follow-ups, and create engaging content. The role involves working closely with Kabbik Audiobook & Podcast—one of Bangladesh’s growing digital audiobook and podcast platforms—contributing to listener engagement, content promotion, campaign communication, and brand storytelling. In addition, the candidate will also support communication and content activities for several other renowned F-commerce brands under our portfolio. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with people, writing creatively, and playing an active role in building digital brands.

Customer Communication & Follow-up

  • Handle customer messages, comments, and inquiries across social media platforms
  • Ensure prompt, professional, and polite responses
  • Maintain regular follow-ups with leads and existing customers
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer queries efficiently

Social Media Content & Ideas

  • Generate creative ideas for posts, campaigns, and engagement activities
  • Write clear, engaging, and brand-aligned captions and responses
  • Assist in planning and maintaining content calendars for different platforms
  • Use ChatGPT or similar AI tools to assist in content creation and idea generation

Community & Brand Management

  • Monitor audience feedback, comments, and reviews
  • Maintain consistent brand voice and communication style
  • Build and nurture positive relationships with followers and customers

Reporting & Coordination

  • Track customer interactions and basic engagement metrics
  • Share regular updates on feedback and communication performance
  • Support marketing and sales teams with insights from customer interactions
