∎ MBA/Masters, preferable in Marketing from any renowned University
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 4 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Focus On available products sales to ensure the organizational probability
∎ Arrange factory visits or small seminar/meet program for specific project officials
∎ Celebration of important clients special Day / Event at least 6 Nos. by the database of Birthday / Marriage Anniversary etc.
∎ Work with internal departments such as the Marketing or Product teams to engage audiences and clients more deeply
∎ Meet and exceed KPIs and sales targets
∎ Possess deep knowledge of business product offering and value proposition
∎ Follow organizational policies and regulations that affect the Sales department
∎ Proactively pursue new business and sales opportunities
∎ Solve problems for clients and customers by developing innovative and tailored sales solutions
∎ Be a brand ambassador and reflect company values at all times
Additional Requirements:
∎ 2 to 4 years experience in PWD/Govt/Corporate sales of the Building Materials industry
∎ Capacity to work independently
∎ Proactive & Long-Term Planner
∎ Strong interpersonal and leadership skills within the Team
∎ Excellent communication both written & speaking in English
∎ High-level proficiency with MS Office programs
∎ Competitive spirit & Professionalism
