Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ The observation about after-sales service from the sales team
∎ Justify service with accuracy to the sales team before accepting
∎ Possessing excellent product knowledge to enhance customer support
∎ Updating sales team about the progress of service
∎ Working as per the priority of the pipeline
∎ Working for the backlog
∎ Maintain a good relationship with internal & external customers
∎ Attend meetings on monthly basis including management
∎ Visiting customer end if needed
∎ Any other task assigned by Management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 29 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent interpersonal and written and oral communication skills.
∎ Knowledge of CRM systems.
∎ Computer skills.
∎ Knowledge of mediation and conflict resolution techniques is preferable.
