∎ Job Description:
∎ We are seeking an innovative and experienced General Manager to lead the operations of our Jute Mill.
∎ The ideal candidate must possess extensive expertise in jute production, machinery, and operational efficiency, with a forward-thinking approach to embracing technology and modern practices.
∎ The General Manager will oversee all production aspects, ensuring optimal efficiency, quality, and innovation while maintaining high industry standards.

∎ Key Responsibilities:
∎ Must have technical knowledge to oversee batching, preparation, and selection of jute to ensure the highest quality output.
∎ Implement strategies to enhance production efficiency and streamline operations.
∎ Drive innovation by adopting modern technology and processes to improve production quality and efficiency.
∎ Stay updated with the latest advancements in the jute industry and incorporate them into operations.
∎ Must have technical knowhow of different jute types and their impact on the production process.
∎ Optimize the use of various jute varieties to meet production requirements effectively.
∎ Operate and manage both traditional and modern jute machinery.Implement and optimize the use of the latest jute mill machinery and technology.
∎ Lead and mentor production teams to achieve operational goals.
∎ Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery of targets.
∎ Exhibit strong English-speaking skills for effective communication within the team and with external stakeholders.
∎ Apply solid mathematical skills for process analysis, budgeting, and operational planning.
∎ Leverage extensive experience from a prominent jute mill to enhance processes and maintain industry-leading standards.

∎ Qualifications and Experience:
∎ Minimum of 10 years of experience in a leadership role within the jute industry.
∎ Demonstrated ability to increase production efficiency and manage large-scale operations.
