Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in CS/CSE/EEE/ECE or equivalent
∎ Skills Required: Attendance, CCTV Camera Install, ERP: SAP S4 HANA. Operating Systems: MS Windows and Linux. Lang, INSTALLATION, IT Support Service, Networking, troubleshooting skills
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for installation, configuration and troubleshooting of all hardware related issues.
∎ Ensure all necessary support regarding hardware.
∎ Responsible for assemble, reassemble and testing of computer hardware, including computer systems and peripherals like motherboards, HDD, SSD, RAM, BIOS, operating system and installation of other parts.
∎ Ensure support (maintenance & repair) for other peripheries like printer, scanner, webcam, projector, speakers, IP phone, UPS, smart devices etc.
∎ Assure support from vendor.
∎ Perform routine maintenance of equipment, Health check report and determine any new need for repairing tools.
∎ Analyze information and recommend appropriate hardware to users and supervise and assist timely delivery of devices.
∎ Regular update of existing computer equipment/system software to protect threats.
∎ Ensure hardware stock management.
∎ Maintain Inventory of all IT equipment and update list periodically.
∎ Analyze all product performance, pricing and ensure adherence to company policy, life period forecasts and product distribution.
∎ Liaison with outsourced vendors to ensure timely supply of products to ensure smooth functioning of system.
∎ Work on different assignment simultaneously and need to be aware of completing deadlines and priorities.
∎ Provide training and support to system users as and when required and also supervise technicians.
