∎ Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
∎ Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
∎ Knowledge of market trends in the poultry industry is a plus.
∎ Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
∎ Willingness to travel as required

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and execute sales strategies to increase egg sales and market penetration.
∎ Identify potential customers, including wholesalers, retailers, restaurants, and supermarkets.
∎ Conduct market research to understand customer needs, pricing trends, and competitor activities.
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
∎ Address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure high customer satisfaction.
∎ Provide after-sales support and ensure timely order fulfillment.
∎ Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance and report to the Sales Manager.
∎ Ensure proper inventory management to meet demand without surplus or shortages.
∎ Coordinate with logistics and supply chain teams to ensure timely product delivery.
∎ Monitor market prices and suggest competitive pricing strategies
