Post-Graduation from any reputed university with no Third Division/Class

Minimum 03 years of banking experience in the centralized operations

Strong knowledge about account opening, closure and AML circulars & policies

Ability to develop and drive strategic initiatives and Business Plans

Excellent communication skills with strong interpersonal relationship

Good skills to operate Microsoft Office Applications/ banking software

Key Responsibilities:

Checking proper maintenance of all types of Customer’s account Opening, Modification and closing procedure (Individual, Joint, Corporate, FC, NRB, Etc.) in CBS

Ensuring proper KYC & AML compliance

Ensuring & checking accuracy of Branch’s uploaded customers’ Account Opening Form and relevant Documents in CBS

Executing encashment of DPS & FDR as requested by customer with Branch intimation   

Executing change of customers’ information (Address/Mandate/Nominee and others) as per request with Branch intimation

Maintaining requisition of Branch about Cheque Book, Pay Order, FDR Receipt

Processing of inward & outward clearing items through BACH system within cut-off time

Ensuring smooth Cheque image and data transmission under Cheque Truncation System(CTS)

Monitoring BEFTN transactions

Handling return items (both inward & outward) as per regulatory guidelines
